Capital One will give almost anybody credit. You may not get the best credit limit to start, but you will at least get something.

Apply for credit at department stores before getting a major credit card.
Sears & JC Penny are fairly easy to get.

Agree with Mark, capital one are pretty easy or also try Vanquis. The credit limit is pretty low but they’ll accept almost anyone!

Third for Mark’s suggestion. Capital One seems pretty good. It’s got a $0 annual fee plus some nice rewards. Though I would advise you to check out other options available as well.

Capital One was a snap for me, but that was before the financial crisis. Things have changed in the financial world since then and so may have Capital One’s requirements. But give them a shot, they’ve traditionally been easy, so they still may be the easiest around.
